Elevation: 1965 ft
Ascent: 613 ft

Location: Adirondack Mountain Reserve property, Saint Huberts.
The east/west river trails in St Huberts
hold many beautiful sights. There is room for parkingoff the Ausable Road. Walk up the road to the register.
The west river trail is a walk worth taking. The Ausable river roars nearby.
The Beaver Meadow Falls and its spray may be the highlight of the trip. At the end of the trail the Lower Ausable lake is visible from the dam. From there it is possible to take quick hike up to Rainbow Falls to see the 150-foot beauty (right).
The east river trail and the views are not as breathtaking as the western side but are nice none the less. Blue herons may be sighted along these trails.
