From Points North/South - Take I-787 to Rensselaer/Empire State Plaza Exit.

From Points East/West - From ollow I-90 take exit to I-787 South. Proceed South and take Rensselaer/Empire State Plaza Exit.

Follow the Empire State Plaza sign (veer right). Stay in the left lane and go through the first tunnel. Straight ahead there is a hairpin turn to the left. Go through the tunnel ahead and turn right into the third parking garage entrance called P-1 South/Loading Dock. Veer to the left and go through the archway. Take a right onto Madison Avenue (you will see the NYS Museum overhang). Take the next right onto Swan Street. Take an immediate left turn into the parking lot. After parking, walk to Hamilton Street, the street adjacent to the lot. Look for our ADK shingle.

If the parking lot is full, follow Swan Street down the hill and take a left turn onto Hudson. (Do not turn right into the 787 tunnel.) Follow Hudson and take two lefts to parallel park on Hamilton Street or other neighboring Albany side streets.
