Returns and Exchanges

Every item you purchase at the Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK) is 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. Whether you made your purchase online, by mail, or in an ADK store, you may return or exchange it by mail or at any of our retail locations.

To make a return or exchange by mail:
Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice. If you no longer have the receipt or invoice, send us a letter containng the following information:

Name
Member number
Address
Phone number
Email address
When, where. and by whom the purchase was made
Reason for the return
Purchase price of the item(s)

Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund, or a bankcard credit.
Insure the package for your protection and return via UPS or USPS to:

You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit. Please note that because ADK stock changes quickly we may not be able to make requested exchanges. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. We cannot accept COD returns.

This policy may be reviewed from time to time in order to address new issues and new technologies. All revisions will be posted on this site.
