The following cancellation policy applies to donation, membership, and online store transactions made on ADK.org. Customers may cancel orders that have not yet been processed. This page does not cover online lodging and camping reservations or purchases made at one of our facilities.

Donations and Memberships

ADK is grateful for your donation and support of the organization. Donations and memberships are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, please do the following:

  1. Contact us at membership@adk.org or 518-668-4447 ext. 211.
  2. Provide your order number (if applicable) and reason for cancelling.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent via email to the address provided for the purchase.

Online Orders

Orders made through the ADK.org webstore that have not entered the shipping process can be cancelled. To cancel an online order, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact our order fulfillment staff at orders@adk.org or 518-523-3441 ext. 231.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancelling.

If the order has not shipped, ADK will cancel the order and refund the full amount. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent via email to the address provided for the purchase.
