While delving through the ADK archives, our staff has found the last remaining copies of the 1986 printing of Henry Van Hoevenberg’s Told Around the Campfire. Now for a limited time only, ADK is giving you a chance to own this collection of campfire stories and poems written by Mr. Van Hoevenbergh himself.
Henry Van Hoevenbergh is most notably known for his unique creation of the Adirondak Loj, but he also had a flair for storytelling. On Wednesday evenings, guests of the Loj could find Mr. Van Hoevenbergh storytelling around the campfire. Those same Wednesday night campfires were so popular that they have become a staple of the Loj’s history and are still continued to this day in memory of Mr. Van Hoevenbergh. Told Around the Campfire is full of the rich history of the Adirondak Loj, as well as Mr. Van Hoevenbergh himself.
Don’t miss out on your chance to own a piece of history! The last remaining copies are available until our limited supply is depleted. In celebration of this rare find, ADK will even honor the 1986 price of $15.00 for this hardcover edition!
