Celebrate spring with the Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK) at Whiteface Mountain alongside Adirondack local and Olympic skier Andrew Weibrecht.

Event Details
Ski Day
We’ll gather in the lodge at Whiteface, then head out for a relaxed morning of skiing together. We’ll break for lunch midday, then enjoy an afternoon back on the mountain.
Event Gathering
The celebration continues in the evening with dinner and conversation with Andrew from 5:00–7:30 p.m. at The Cottage at Mirror Lake Inn, where he’ll share stories from his racing career, life in Lake Placid, and his continued love for the outdoors.
You’re welcome to join us for the full day, or just one portion of the event.
About Andrew
Born and raised in Lake Placid, Andrew grew up skiing with the New York Ski Education Foundation (NYSEF) and went on to race for the U.S. Ski Team for 16 years. He competed in three Olympic Games (2010, 2014, and 2018), earning Super-G medals in Vancouver and Sochi. Today, Andrew remains deeply connected to the Adirondacks, balancing family life with backcountry skiing, outdoor adventures, and his role at the Mirror Lake Inn.
