ADK Fall Outing 2026 Outings

The annual Fall Outing of the Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK) will be held on September 18–20 at the Saranac Village Young Life Camp. Below is a schedule of events for the weekend.

Weekend Schedule at a Glance

Friday, September 18

  • Friday outings will meet at noon or 1 p.m. at their respective trailheads. Snacks and lunch are not provided on this day. 
  • Registrants not participating in a Friday outing may arrive at the Young Life Camp as early as 1 p.m. on Friday. Recreation amenities are available at the camp.
  • A welcome reception with live music will begin at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, September 19

  • Breakfast and a to-go lunch are provided for registrants staying in on-campus accommodations. 
  • Most Saturday outings will meet in the dining room and depart together from campus. 
  • A reception will begin at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Sunday, September 20

  • Breakfast and a to-go lunch are provided for registrants staying in on-campus accommodations. 
  • Most Sunday outings will meet in the dining room and depart from campus. 
  • All registrants should be checked out of their rooms at the Young Life Camp by noon.

Summary of Planned Outings

The list of outings below is tentative and subject to change. Participation in individual outings is not required and there will be plenty of on-campus amenities for those interested, such as a swimming area, game room, and basketball gym.
