Growing up, Nate spent many summers hiking in the Adirondacks. This, combined with being an alum of two Outward Bound schools, put him on the path to pursue a career in outdoor education. He is a graduate of Paul Smith’s College, where he majored in Recreation, Adventure Education, and Leisure Management. He has worked as the wilderness trip leader for two seasons, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge about the trails in the High Peaks Wilderness.
