Virginia started working for Adirondack Mountain Club seasonally back in 2020 as a member of the Professional Trail Crew. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Environmental Science, she promptly returned to ADK, hoping to give others the opportunity to fall in love with trail work and backcountry stewardship, as she has. She now oversees the volunteer programs within ADK’s Trails Department, including the Lean-to Adoption program, the Trail Steward program, and the Supervised Volunteer Trail Crews.
